Project Overview

This project was a complete gut and renovation of the approximately 62,000 SF residential section of the North Court Residence Hall, initially constructed in 1914, on the campus of the University of Richmond. Designed originally as hall-style rooms with shared hall baths, the renovation transformed the residences into suite-style rooms with private baths. ColonialWebb installed the new plumbing, mechanical, and building automation systems which included 4-pipe Fan Coil Units to serve all living spaces.
