It covers a total of 252,982 square feet and belongs to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at the Defense Logistics Agency. The building has several sections, such as a Command suite, Data Center, Kitchen, Central Utility Plant, Administrative Office areas, and accompanying support areas.

Project Highlights

• Over 60,000 manhours needed to fabricate and install all of the mechanical and plumbing systems for the project.
• The mechanical system involved a Geothermal Well and will be used to meet energy conservation requirements of the project.
• Roughly 35,000 LF of Plumbing and HVAC piping was installed on the project.
• Roughly 155,000 LBS of sheet metal ductwork was installed on the project.
• The project required 40% Federal Small Business Participation.
