Cultural Diversity and Communication in the Workforce

The workforce landscape is changing and becoming more diverse every day. Having a diverse workforce is a great thing, and all organizations can benefit from the various perspectives and cultural viewpoints brought to the table that may have otherwise gone unheard. When people from different backgrounds and cultures get together, new ideas and ways of doing things can often develop, but sometimes there can also be challenges when trying to communicate.
