The scope of this Mission Critical project included office, operational support, data halls to house server equipment, a central utility plant, and a service yard to support the expanding data capacity needs of a large-scale international Commercial Bank. This new greenfield, Tier III+, Enterprise Mission Critical Data Center brought 10.8MW in capacity to the client as part of Day 1. In addition, the project included the Day I completed build-out of Data Hall 1, including the CRAH gallery, a 3,000-Ton chiller plant (Day I Only), Fuel Tanks, Thermal storage, gen. exhaust, and other associated support equipment. ColonialWebb efficiently and effectively executed this project under a T&M GMP (Not to Exceed) contract, finishing the project ahead of schedule and under budget, resulting in savings being returned to the Owner at the end of the job.
