Let's give back to the community that built us.
In honor of our 50th anniversary, we want to show the local communities how much we appreciate their support over the past 50 years. So, as our way of saying “thank you,” we created a campaign titled the ColonialWebb Golden Anniversary Giveback. The campaign is a one-year commitment from each of our offices to give back to an organization of their choice.
Said Mitch Haddon, President, and CEO, “Our 50th anniversary gives us a focused opportunity to show our appreciation and reinforce our commitment to the communities that have supported us for so many years. We are fortunate to have strong roots in many local communities, and I am looking forward to the impact our teams will make during this historic year.”
In the coming weeks, we are excited to highlight each of the six organizations that our offices chose. And throughout 2022, we will be sharing stories and pictures of our teammates in their communities via social media and our website blog posts.
Baltimore
Our Baltimore team is enthusiastic about taking care of customers and getting things done. For that reason, they have connected with Disabilities Partnership who helps older citizens in the community seamlessly transition back into their homes after surgery.
Chantilly
Our Chantilly team strives to foster a close-knit atmosphere and in keeping with that mindset, our team members are excited to support family members within the community that we serve. Northern Virginia Family Service is an organization that is committed to enhancing the welfare of and creating better opportunities for local families.
Charlottesville
Our Charlottesville team is loaded with passionate teammates who care deeply about their community. They have elected to support four organizations throughout 2022 and we look forward to sharing their stories with you throughout the year.
Newport News
Our Newport News team is full of dedicated teammates ready to support Faith Recovery’s goal of rebuilding families and providing hope! The team has a ton of activities lined up this year, and we will be sharing them throughout the year.
Norfolk
Our Norfolk team is ready to hit the ground running in support of Edmarc Hospice for Children. The team is ready to help however they can to ease the burden on families of sick children. They are looking forward to supporting this remarkable non-profit who is devoted to making lives brighter and futures hopeful.
Richmond
Our Richmond team has a big heart for local elementary school children! The team is partnering with Henrico County Public Schools to support Dumbarton Elementary School. They are excited about the many volunteer activities planned for the year and a first-ever ColonialWebb golf tournament that will benefit the school’s PTA.
