From simple to complex in nature, ColonialWebb Contractors has provided contracting services for commercial office buildings. Since these buildings house multiple businesses, we are aware of the different configurations that individual tenants might require, and we build around those requirements.
One especially challenging office project was Freddie Mac in McLean, Virginia. We installed the greater Washington, D.C., area’s first York International under floor VAV air distribution system.
Our team worked closely with the floor contractors to install the ductwork and grilles. Tight coordination proved imperative to ensure minimal damage, as it would have been easy for other construction workers to use our ductwork and equipment as sidewalks.
