As part of our team, we provide Health and Dental coverage for you, your spouse, and your eligible dependents. Our medical plans are offered through Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, as well as, the Dental plan. Participating in our health plan also provides you Vision benefits and Prescription Drug discounts. The cost of our plan is shared between ColonialWebb and the employee and those contributions are automatically deducted from your paycheck on a pre-tax basis. You can also enroll in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) where you can save for uncovered medical and/or dependent care expenses on a pre-tax basis.

We help provide ways for you and your family to protect yourself from the unexpected. Employees receive Basic Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance coverage in the amount of $20,000 at no cost. Employees have the option of electing additional Supplemental Term Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Coverage, as well as, coverage for your spouse and dependent children.
In the event you are unable to work due to accident or illness, we offer both Short Term Disability (STD) and Long Term Disability (LTD) plans. Short Term Disability provides for a shorter period, weekly income replacement and Long Term Disability provides for a longer, monthly benefit.

Our 401(k) Plan presents one of the best opportunities for you to build your retirement nest egg. There are currently 12 investment options available from the American Funds Group. ColonialWebb matches 25% of the employee contributions on the first 5% of compensation contributed. The money you contribute to the plan is always 100% vested, while the employer’s matching contributions are vested after 4 years.
