ColonialWebb apprentices have advanced to hold significant leadership roles in our company. We’re proud of our program and the people who pursue it. It’s one of the reasons we continue to be a leader and an innovator in our industry.
About the program
Our four-year apprentice programs combine on-the-job training with classroom instruction at training institutions across the Mid-Atlantic and are offered in the following trades:
- Mechanical
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Sheet Metal
During the apprenticeship, employees are paid. All of our programs are registered and approved by the Virginia Apprenticeship Council, an agency recognized by the Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training within the U.S. Department of Labor.
