Our Regional Customer Center
To meet our clients’ unique needs, ColonialWebb Contractors has a Regional Customer Center (RCC) for our retail and regional customers in Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina. This progressive approach improves communication and optimizes performance through real-time information, benchmark activities and process improvements, all with a single point-of-contact at ColonialWebb.
Our supervisors, who are responsible for quality control and immediate customer problem resolution, see the value in this approach as do our customer service representatives – who are empowered with information on your unique project or situation.
Our service dispatchers also benefit through direct, two-way communication to our dedicated service technicians. Ultimately, it is you the customer who benefits the most from this approach to providing superior customer service.
Measuring Our Level of Service
We take our service so seriously that we have been monitoring our processes through Six Sigma, a process improvement program. Through hard work and an unrelenting commitment to your needs, we’ve been able to make some tremendous strides in service including:
- Improving our service technician arrival time to an average of 10 hours. We’ve sustained this level at or above 95 percent for more than nine months.
- Reducing our service order completion time by more than 70 percent and sustaining at 95 percent or higher levels for more than 10 months.
ColonialWebb Contractors’ Quality Assurance Program ensures we have a dedicated team that follows-up on all customer complaints to ensure that problems are resolved quickly and to your satisfaction. We take the time to ask questions – a lot of them – throughout the duration of our contract. Then, we listen to ensure that our customers are taken care of, plain and simple.

Boilers
We can:
- Service all manufacturers’ brands of boilers. We offer complete maintenance including seasonal shutdowns, inspections, and water treatment options.
Chillers
ColonialWebb is known for:
- Servicing all manufacturers’ brands of chillers. We offer complete maintenance including seasonal shutdowns, inspections, and water treatment options.
- Replacing chillers in situations with limited time, a limited budget, and limited space in which to maneuver.
Controls Department
For our clients we:
- Service many different brands of systems and monitor systems to identify problems or malfunctions.
- Provide new controls systems to retrofit an existing system, or a new system for building renovations.
Electrical Services

Facilities Management
We coordinate:
- Outsourcing of management, maintenance and operations for all types of commercial and industrial facilities
- Dispatching just one service technician or a complete staff to your facility
- Our HVAC services provide turnkey installations of chilled and hot water air handling units, split systems, heat pump systems, variable air volume systems (VAVs), exhaust systems, and dehumidification systems.
- We also offer design/build solutions, which can save our customers time and money when renovating.
Plumbing Services
Our clients look to us to:
- Provide maintenance and repair of piping and plumbing systems
- Execute restroom repairs as well as repiping of your entire facility
- Offer video inspections and leak detection
- Handle repair, drain and sewer maintenance
- Maintain all fixture brands, pump repair, and maintenance
Refrigeration Services

- Provide maintenance plans and emergency repair for Freon, ammonia, and thermal storage systems
- Serve as an authorized Frick manufacturer’s representative
- Bring experience and knowledge to projects as a member of the International Institute of Ammonia Refrigeration
- Handle renovations and equipment replacements
Maintenance Agreements
ColonialWebb Contractors understands that each client is different. That’s why we offer a variety of maintenance agreements to fit your needs and your budget. Our three options include:
- Preventative Maintenance – provides periodic inspections to minimize costly breakdowns. We bill repairs at the prevailing rates
- Preventative Maintenance Plus Labor – provides preventative maintenance inspections and includes any repair labor; materials for repairs are billed at prevailing rates
- Comprehensive Maintenance – offers comprehensive maintenance and preventative maintenance, plus all labor and parts for repairs. This program allows better control of your operating budget
- By partnering with GE, we’re able to offer a wide variety of water treatment solutions for boilers, chillers, and other HVAC equipment. We also can install the GE Water Technology – Osmonics/Glegg products.
- Our two most popular water treatment options are Ferroquest™ and Redifeed™. Ferroquest™ is a neutral pH cleanser, which removes iron deposits from piping. Redifeed™ is the only patented, automated dispensing system for treatment of boilers and chillers.
- We service all manufacturers’ computer room units including air-cooled, water-cooled, and chilled water.
- We perform compressor replacements, equipment replacements and upgrades, design/build and installations, and factory-authorized service.
- Our services include: design, installation, replacement, repair, and prefabrication.
- We offer piping applications for domestic water, waste, compressed air, chilled/hot water, steam, refrigeration, hydraulic, process, medical gases, natural/LP Gas, oil, high purity, and laboratory.

- Our millwright and rigging services include the installation, maintenance and repair of material handling equipment including mechanical conveyance systems, belt or gear drive, including robotics.
- We also provide equipment layout in machinery rooms, equipment platform and foundation preparation, machinist work, PLC programming (Programming Logic Controllers).
- Our millwright team can provide forklift or small crane operation, valve replacement and repairs, mechanical seal installation, pump overhaul and alignment, replacement or removal of equipment including required assembly/ disassembly, loading, unloading and handling of equipment.
- After installation we can level and align all of the equipment.
