With the pre-engineering support of the Detailing Department, we can consolidate pumps, piping and components that support a heat exchanger, for example, onto one shop-fabricated skid and deliver it to the project site as a single unit to be set and connected to the building distribution piping. We can eliminate the need for above-ceiling, one-line-at-a-time pipe that runs on trapeze hangers. Instead, we manufacture a series of pre-fabricated pipe racks up to 40 feet long that are matched end to end in our shop and carried to the site for installation.
We have the experience required not only to fabricate single equipment and rack systems, but also to modularize larger systems into multiple sections, making up one module that is matched in our facility and shipped to the project site, set in place, and connected.
